Six Sigma Certification Six Sigma Training

ISL-Certified Six Sigma Green Belt

(Free International Certification from IQF, USA)

Six Sigma certified people are in high demand in all the industries, especially in BPO, Call Centers, Software, Automotive etc. Your career growth will be faster than your peers who do not have Six Sigma qualification. Further, Six Sigma qualification also helps individuals in changing the industry – for example many Six Sigma professionals have successfully shifted from Manufacturing to Call Centers, BPO etc.

ISL-certified Green Belts learn the Six Sigma problem solving methodology (DMAIC), and various statistical tools. The focus is to master the application skills rather than just the theoretical understanding. The program makes extensive use of MS-Excel for data analysis. At the end of the program the ISL-certified Green Belts can lead Six Sigma projects as well as effectively support Black Belts in breakthrough projects. Even though doing real-life project is not a requirement for the certification, the Green Belts are encouraged to do a project for a better understanding.

Learning Objectives

  • To understand the philosophy of six sigma
  • To learn DMAIC methodology and statistical tools application
  • To be able to lead Six Sigma Green Belt projects.
